So I was reading a news article yesterday, the basic story is as follows...

A male and female in a relationship have consensual unprotected sex, on the conditions the male was to pull out before cumming.

The male failed to pull out resulting in the female becoming pregnant.

The female in question is now having her S/O charged with rape, based on the fact she consented to the sex but was clear she didn't want him ejaculating inside of her.

The judge is taking the case based on the fact that although it was consensual she said no to the finale, which by law is rape.
