WHo thinks their team's issues comes from within the staff???

im convinced the Dolphins need to get rid of everyone who makes decisions and start fresh

all they did was move some guys around.
Promoted the WR coach to QB coach. Moved the Quality Control coach to WR coach,
AND HIRED TONY SPARANO'S SON

they were lookin to replace tony sparano,but instead they pass on Harbaugh and hire Sparano's son???

Alot of these teams dont draft very well. I think former players would be better judges of talent. But they gotta watch the money too.

Dick Lebaeu was our assisstant coach in '03 since he left hes won 2 superbowls and is looking to get his 3rd, and we we've been either dead last or bottom 3 against the run and haven't come close to making the playoffs.

Not too mention our weak draft picks, and our inactivity in free agency.

If you have talent but not enough wins you need new coaches
