Both did a really nice job on the verses.

thedesolateone was creative with all the side cues and whatnot, but in my opinion it was a tad overdone and too goofy. Definitely some nice rhyming in there though, but I feel you could have came harder on this one.

C. Melendez: This nigga had nice punches. Even if there was a weak jab in there, it became lost in a flurry of hooks and haymakers. There was definitely filler in there though (such as the "kangaroo/cayman's tooth" lines) which lost you some points.
