if you really believe Wolverine don't have opponents that would give Batman problems then you haven't read a single issue with Wolverine in it..i mean he was introduced into Marvel comics as a foe of the Hulk...the only way Batman has a chance of beating Logan is with prep and that's not even a guarantee. Batman's prep against Superman consists of using kryptonite, so lets not get carried away with that example.

As far as Captain America... they fought twice both to a draw and in the fan vote Batman got the upper hand and was winning and was only considerd the "loser" was when he drowned trying to save Captian America (Cap was able to recover and save Batman). Though it doesnt show how cause if you read the fight its close but water comes and sweeps Captain America far away and Batman throws a batarang and rope at Cap Wrist telling him to hold on then next scene u have Captian Ameria helping Batman out the sewer thus Batman "losing" (didnt explain or show how that happened).

They other time they fought in the JLA/Avengers crossover it was tie both acknowledge they had no clear advantage over the other in terms of fighting skill.

in JLA/Avengers Batman basically conceded that he'd lose to Cap. In Marvel vs. DC Cap had the upper hand, that's why Batman was hiding most of their fight..but that was a fan voted match up anyway.

Batman was on no sleep and fought everybody who Bane broke out of Arkham and came back tot he Batcave with Bane there...so Batman never even saw Bane before that and was dead tired. How many times have they fought since then? I think Bane is going to kill him in the movie tho.



On the subject of the thread this is a difficult one because Wolverine loses a lot of fights and Batman doesn't. Wolverine dies all of the time and comes back. Proven track record shows Batman winning this one, with or without time to prepare.

Wolverine is faster stronger and has way more years of Martial Arts training than Bruce Wayne. Plus the dude is a vet of every war for the past 100 years.

Wolverine dies a lot because he fights in a reckless nature due to his dependence on his healing factor, but even without an accelerated healing factor he'd pwn the shit out of Bats no question.

With time to prepare: Batman will absolutely destroy Logan...get in his head psycolgically, another magnet, knock out gas...whatever.

hmm, what about Bats love for Catwoman and Talia? some of the scenarios being brought up are flat out ridiculous. Wolverine is no stranger to mind games..Batman isn't bringing anything to the table that Logan hasn't seen before. In fact, if we want to bring prep into this, Logan would know that Batman is Bruce Wayne from their first meeting, while Batman is still trying to figure out what makes Wolverine tick. What's to stop Wolverine from showing up at Wayne Manor and gutting Alfred and Bats..cause you know Wolverine has no problem with killing
