Lol, ironically RE5 has the best replay value of any RE game to date. That and the co-op play is its strongest point. The prewuels are better, though, overall.

i dont think so fam, the levels are so dull and the story is so weak, they really tried to replicate RE4 to the fullest and failed. RE4 is in a league of its own

I actually went back and tried to play RE4 on the weekend. It might have been the best thing back then, but its hard to play now going back to the old graphics and tank controls and movement. lol

And don't even bother picking up the HD remakes - I'll post the review in a min.

i agree, at least re4 was action but also felt like a horror game at some points especially when u fight the dude u need thermal goggles for to shoot off his reproductive body ... and the beginning

Resident Evil 4 HD is just a port of the PC version. Lazy one at that. They didn't even upscale the cut scenes. Not worth 20 bucks, let alone 10.

I might just buy the game for this.

Compared to RE5, RE4 Mercenaries was much easier.

Replay value is a game giving you reasons, besides story to play through it repeatedly. RE5 has that the most out of all of them.

lol RE5 has 1 ending and regardless of co op play, its the same shit all over again, theres nothing u can do with co op play that u cant do without co op.... idk but to me that shit was the worst of all of em... RE2 has the most replay value of all if u REALLY wanna get into it since RE2 has 4 different endings and 3 different stories... co op play wasn't enough for me to play that shit over and over again honestly... also RE (remake) has at least 6 different endings...RE 3 has 2 different endings... and different outcomes of gameplay depending on your decisions thru out the game... i guess ya really bought into that co op shit lol

Playing online w/ someone is a diff experience everytime. RE2 may have had 4 endings but it was really just 2 ending and an extended version of those same endings

People play a game for more than just the fuckin ending, come on man. Story's important, of course, but at the end of the day its about the gaming experience and having fun. A game could have a shit story but have great gameplay and be fun as hell so it will be played. On the other hand, whats a great story if the gameplay is ass and is boring as hell? RE games have great story and gameplay but the endings have a minimal percentage to do with their replay value, at least to me.
