i dont know anyone with hiv/aids but i thought it ruins the immune system and makes you get other diseases, like how easy e supposedly died of pneumonia

ppl with full blown aids look like zombies in the end stages
but u can live with hiv a pretty normal life if u got the meds and it doesnt break out
