An Ashland man was arrested early Thursday morning for allegedly hitting his sister in the face with his genitals, Terrrebonne sheriff's deputies said.
Joseph Trosclair Sr., 43, 420 Ashland Drive, allegedly got into an argument with the 38-year-old woman after she refused to leave his home, police said. The pair got into an argument, though both accounts differ on how it started. However, Trosclair told police he blacked out after his sister slapped him and he started hitting her, police said. During the fight, Trosclair allegedly committed the sex act.
Trosclair's sister was taken to Leonard J. Chabert Medical Center and treated for her injuries. Trosclair was arrested and charged with second-degree sexual battery. He is being held in the Terrebonne Parish jail in lieu of a $300,000 bond.
