    flashbacks happen when thc is trapped in fat.. as soon as you burn that fat, thc is released & you get a flashback..

    the problem is, i wouldn't know if it did happen because always burnin' fat so i'm never sober ..

    it's tough to wait so keep in mind that marijuana isn't even psychoactive until the tricombs have had a chance to dry & be exposed to a combustion process..

    it smells like freshly cut grass when its grinded...

    shud dry it out a bit more, but it still gets me high...n burns nice n slow.

    my shit is 100% organic to, didnt even use nutrients...jus the sun and rain water

    if it smells like cut lawn grass.. it's way too early..

    i picked the buds wen a few of the pistils started turning brown, i read thats when the thc starts to drop off...plus if u harvest earlier u get a more cerebral high, rather than stony affect.

    i dont have a magnifiying glass so cudnt check the crystals...jus did everything of my ancestral DNA knowledge.

    my shit still gets me high either way...i bun it with dried up weed leaves, fattens up the spliff n makes it burn better...

    im bout to bun up a fresh batch now...

    im growing a whole field full next year, autoflowering is so damn easy to grow n smoke.

    not dry enough.. wait at least a week before you try to smoke it.. but to enjoy it with out that dry bite to it.. you should take it & put it inna jar for another week making sure to open it twice a day to let fresh air in.. then it'll be perfect.

    as i'm sure you've read.. wait till about 50% of all the pistils on the flowers have wilted..

    this is the perfect time to harvest..

    Cannabis and its effects on metabolism

    Tetrahydrocannabivarin (THCV)

    Researchers have discovered two cannabinoids that can increase the amount of energy the body burns.
    Although cannabis is better known for inducing hunger in those who smoke it, known as the munchies, scientists have found that it can also have an appetite suppressing effect after examining two compounds, called tetrahydrocannabivarin (THCV) and cannabidiol (CBD).



    “The results in animal models have been very encouraging. We are interested in how these drugs affect the fat distribution and utilisation in the body as a treatment for metabolic diseases.”, commented Dr. Steph Wright, Director of research and development at GW pharmaceuticals.
    Molecular structure of cannabidiol (CBD)Tests in mice showed the compounds boosted the animals metabolism, leading to lower levels of fat in their livers and reduced cholesterol in their blood stream. THCV was also found to increase the animals sensitivity to insulin while also protecting the cells that produce insulin, allowing them to work better and for longer. It has raised hopes that the drugs can be developed into treatments for obesity related diseases and type 2 diabetes.
    GW Pharmaceuticals will now start phase IIa of testing and is already working on a variety of marijuana-based drugs for the treatment of multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, cancer pain, and other conditions and.

    Professor Mike Cawthorne, director of metabolic research at the University of Buckingham who has been conducting the animal studies, said: “Overall, it seems these molecules increase energy expenditure in the cells of the body by increasing the metabolism.”
    The United Kingdom is the second most obese country in the world, trailing the United States where 35.7% of adults are classified as obese; a significant percentage of children have been diagnosed as obese as well. With the prevalence of fast food conglomerates, obesity is becoming an increasingly difficult issue in the developing world as well.

    “These findings are extremely important, especially when it comes to comparing marijuana and alcohol,” said Rob Kampia, executive director of the Marijuana Policy Project in Washington, D.C. in reaction to the findings. “Marijuana is obviously safer than alcohol, but now I understand why I gained 25 pounds when I stopped using marijuana but continued to use alcohol, beyond the fact that alcohol contains calories, while marijuana contains none. To now find out that marijuana’s molecular structure can actually help with obesity and related diseases is wonderful, but it’s also infuriating when one thinks about the Obama administration’s continued attacks on medical marijuana. If the First Lady is really concerned about obesity in America, she should tell her husband to stop interfering with state medical marijuana laws and research. After all, heart disease, stroke, and diabetes kill hundreds of thousands of people in this country every year. Marijuana kills exactly zero.”

    I remember this one time I smoked, nothing big, just a small pinner, I was at the York University campus (for my Toronto heads) after I smoked I went to cop some food, I'm in the wendy's line up and I felt high, like abnormally high, finally ordered and the whole room was spinning, I paid the girl behind the counter and when she gave me my change we ended up brushing hands and right away I started sweating, seeing black spots, got super dizzy, heart was racing, I remember I thanked her for the food, but could barely speak, shit tripped me out hard, I went to the bathroom washed my face with cold water and focused on calming myself down, after that everything was normal, never had an experience like that since then though......anyone else relate to this?
