Deployment fatigue maybe? I don't know about y'all but my Guard unit does deploy pretty frequently. Yeah its only like 4 months at max (well at least for my maintenance sqdrn.) but still I guess the yearly to every other year deployment starts to get to people.

Well the guy from maintenance (where I work) son had just left the day before for deployment. But he had other issues with his wife and they were forcing him to retire. He took a shotgun to his chest and ended it all.

Yeah they are forcing niggas out as well...We've seen a lot of upward mobility as of late in my unit cuz of that.

When my big sis was in the army I visited her @ Ft Sam Houston, Fort Benning and Fort Sill. Gawd Fort Sill wack as shit. I kicked it @ Fort Sam Houston, that was in the late 80's. Shaq used to hoop at the base sometimes

New to the IC...just seen this thread...Currently deployed down range, Kandahar Afghanistan...E-5 Army Reserve...Got a nice lil break out here to Germany for a few days to escort this soldier who going home. After 9 months in country, I needed it. Holla back.

well I'm still out there...got a little over 2 months left...it's straight man. I stay over in the RLB's in the South Park Projects lol. Some people bitch about it but don't matter where you are, it's still AFGHANISTAN. I've traveled pretty extensively over RC South and every FOB or COP has it's pros and cons.

it's 90 a month if you wanna actually be able to see ya girl and hear her semi clear...bullshit ass SniperHill...and Idk if it's changed since you were there, but shit opens and closes...I don't spend too much time up there. I ain't with the bootleg and macking on nasty hoes movement lol. I pretty much stay at the crib or at the MWR Gym (Prison Gym) but the NATO Gym got some BAD pieces in there
