I got these games as a "gift" Condemned 2 and Splinter Cell Double Agent.......are they any good?

Condemned 1 will have you on edge, its pretty a good game. I havent played Condemned 2 but I heard its not as good as the first, but solid. Splinter Cell: DA is pretty good if you liked the original trilogy. Its really close to those. If your thinkin about getting rid of them you might as well not, cuz you're not gonna get shit for them. Try em.
