Nothing about Spawn's powers makes me think he can take out focused Prime Superman. He might be able to survive though, go into hiding long enough for Superman to calm down or get bored and say fuck it. But outight beat? Y'all buggin

spawns magic would give supes a hard time....but superman got too much in his arsenal of abilities to be taken down by a magic mummy (even though I like spawn) i cant see spawn winning...esp. since his magic can run low and he needs to re-energize or die....and supes can fight for long periods of time plus dogde alot ot attacks with his superior speed
