I used to work at Nordstroms. Their return policy is GOAT for the customer. I said that because the only thing you need to return something is the box. You don't need a receipt, there's no time limit for returns(6 months, 2 years, 20 years), ppl return shoes after putting holes in them, and Nordstroms accepts all of that. People buy $400 shoes, wear them for a week, return them, and buy another pair of $400 shoes. Ppl know they have a return policy but a lot of ppl don't know how easy the process is. Nordstroms is fully aware of ppl trying to get over but they've been in business over a 100 years and is a nationwide company. They truely believe the return policy is a major part of their success and don't plan on changing it all.
