    yeah I know, it's obvious it wasn't about the prevention, they just didn't want to deal with the death toll and they still need/needed cheap labor so I guess you could say it was like putting a bandaid on a gun shot wound.

    They created it to use it yes. But they weren't going to release it till they found a cure. But someone fucked up and accedently released it or it fell into curupt hands and they released it. As we no there still is no cure.

    Russia was one of the allies
    To my understanding China was not involved in combat but contributed in other ways and was also considered an ally
