i didnt react well to it at all. i was holding the bowl of liquid mashed potatoes yelling at her. i told her that she should be embarrassed, asked her how she fucks up instant mashed potatoes when the directions are on the box, asked her if she was hiding some form of mild retardation from me, and told her that she was ruining a perfectly fine thanksgiving. after the tears started to come, then i calmed down a bit and tried to spoon some of them up and say "maybe they arent so bad" and ate like 2 spoon fulls. but they really were horrible.
