nas is better technically. nas at times is very subtle with his rhyme patterns at times so people don't pick up on them, where biggie puts emphasis on his, making him appear to be a better rhymer than he is.

there's no comparison really. nas is also a more potent lyricist than big, but thats a whole different arguement.
