The e3 used to be the shit, it still has a lil bit of magic though, gonna be some sick first looks/maybe some new games revealed. Nintendo droppin mad shit about the wii u and sony/ms probably hinting for their next gen stuf?

I only fuck with the Power Unlimited magazine/tv coverage, every year their journalists go to chill in LA for a week, gettin scoops and shit....

I lost hope for seeing any footage of a new Half Life though lol

Well, again...if I were a Playstation owner the last couple years I guess I would say the same....regardless if it was true (which it isn't) or not. I predicted Sony's entire conference 2 months in advance last year so I don't blame you. LOL! The thread is somewhere.

One of the key reasons E3 fell off was because of (was it E3 2008) multiple people complaining that it had gotten "too big". The hosting site was large, the company sites were huge, there was an onslaught of people (more than the workers in the industry; people were getting invited out the ass like celebrities and the what not) and it had become "commercialized". Another complaint were the Babe Booths, who people believed had overtaken people's eyes off of gaming.

Because of that, they downsized E3 and that is why it sorta fell off.
