Wow, my two favorite artists. it's hard to be objective. Its really apples and oranges because they both bring things to the table that the other doesnt. Theyre both at the top of any top 5 list IMO, depends on what you're looking for as a fan. Face is recognized as great, but i believe he's still slept on. He's never made a wack album(sanctioned by himself) in 25 years. I dont know of anyone else who can say that. Hov is a beast though, and has taken hip hop to places where its never been. I would say commercially. Jay. and artistically, and integrity wise, face.

Scarface better artist, Jay Z better business man

I think Scarface if anything is mostly famous for his artistic approach it really come from a deep place. Jay was ill with his wit but was always sorta materialistic.
