Also for the all the Michael Bay Haters it's clear The Avengers did Bite Transformers 3 during the end with the whole alien invading the city and having a portal but it was Executed way better in the Avengers.

Sorry but Avergers SMAHSED All the Xmen films (I haven't seen 1st class but I doubt it's better). Spidey 2 is the only one seeing it and I can't put it above it. Iron 1 is close but can't put it above it. The only Marvel films seeing Avengers to me again is Iron Man 1, Spidey 2 and Blade 1, that's it. As far as Comic Book Movies All Time, It's in my Top 5 instantly:

How can even make a Captain America 2 anyway?...What on Earth would it be about?

Don't get me wrong there are plenty of story lines in all 3 comics for those solo movies but to me it's pointless, none of them will live up to the epicness of The Avengers. I mean I'm in complete shock how much I loved this movie. It's amazing how the director incorporated everyone, even the side characters on shield had a significance. Amazing movie.
