Movie was meh.... type of flick you take your girl to see. It was ok, it delivered but I felt some parts were lazy. The build up of how he became spiderman was sorta rushed (understandable tho, we all know the story of Spiderman LOLOL), some parts were sappy but the action scenes were smart and slick. The character plots were good too. I like how directors weren't predictable it didn't follow a format it just flowed well. Lizard was dope and the acting was well done. The dude who played Spiderman definitely embodied the role.

My only question was..... who the fuck was the nigga at the end ?? I think it was Mysterio but then again I'm pretty sure Mysterio don't know who Spiderman is. Then again who else can teleport like that ? was it him or someone else ? Anyone know ?

Overall, I'd give it a solid 7/10 , decent balance of a love story and man v.s man/man finds himself and confronts the bad guy. It was alright, I'd rather rent it or bring my girl to it if she begged me. It definitely SHITS on the previous Spiderman trilogy.

Why do people always complain about Spiderman being sappy? It's always been sappy...even Stan Lee has said multiple times, even on the Spiderman 2 bonus dvd, Spiderman is more of a drama where a fight breaks out than an action story. I do agree though this was 100x better a performance of Peter Parker/Spiderman than Tobey Maguire ever did

Batman looks dry and I know families wont come out and see t like they did TASM.People were lined up outside waiting to see the movie.Its a fact that ledger's death and his role as the Joker sold TDK.Bane and Cat Woman are not marketable.You DK fanatic need to take your blinders off for a second.

True and you can tell people don't know how the character is in the comics.Unlike Nolan's Batman they captured Spiderman's essence and atmosphere perfectly.The blend of humor,drama and action was spot on.Only the Avengers has impressed me more.Sure the movie is not perfect,but nether is the stans beloved Dark Knight.

Exactly...Spiderman has never been a dark character like Batman so why people expect those same types of stories is beyond me. Spiderman and Batman are damn near polar opposites IMO...

Wasnt a Bad Movie , it's worthy of having a sequel ....wasn't spectacular but it damn sure didnt suck ...they're headed the right direction i will say that but it still needs work

Coming back from seeing it way better then I expected endjng credits definitely got me looking forward to the second one the new actor for spiderman was nice for real he really took parker beyond tobys version and emma stone as gwen was great too I kinda hope they don't follow her storyline for alittle bit she's likeable

out of all the marvel movies this had the best stan lee cameo, I wonder who that guy was after the credits?..mysterio would be my guess too

It was alright not great nor bad just decent, it could of packed more of a punch but think we'll get that with a more ruthless villain that has zero kinship with parker who wont hold back in the sequel hopefully.

Im ready 4 Dark Knight Rises now....Lets go!. ASM was merely a appetizer for whats yet 2 come.

Movie was pretty good imo. Spiderman isnt my fave character but the movie was a lot better than what i thought it would be. I think that director could probably do a good job in a movie with carnage or venom. shit was cool.
