i hate it too. i noticed that i dont get bad cramps as much, but these weird pains around my ovaries though. i rather have those than cramps lol. when i would get cramps, they would move from my pelvis to legs, to my back. very uncomfortable.

i get pms as well; more depressed, irritable, crave sweets. my boobs dont hurt like it used to.

I like my menses. I have the an app on my android called the Period Tracker. It has been a hundred percent accurate for me. It predicts the very day my period will come and has gotten it right every time. It's amazing to me. I never cared to keep track of it until I got this app. But my menses lasts 3 days and comes every 28 days. The app also lets me know when I am ovulating and fertile. I have known females to be bedridden with debilitating cramps who were crying and in pain. I have never known what that was like. My periods have always been pain free. I love Playtex Sports.

mine just ended, and tbh it was one of the best ones i've had in a while. other than the first day it was barely any cramping. and it was surprisingly light, i think it might've even been less than 7 days. needless to say, i'm happy. hopefully they'll be like this from now on
