him actually falling was never shown on tv, it was during a moment they were doing a promo.
Undertaker eye's were red and watery when he came out for his match, just crazy.
I read a rumor that the emts were taking too long or something, and Rock tried to high jack the ambulance and take owen to the hospital himself(don't know how true that is though)
