From a health standpoint I would definitely say cellulite is worse. Cellulite more often has everything to with the person and how they consciously maintain themselves (diet and lifestyle). Stretch marks however are often the result of the rapid stretching of the skin associated with rapid growth or rapid loss of weight, hormonal changes etc. which has less to do with us and more to do with nature, something out of our control.
