So, by knowing who her child's father is, a judge might say she had a moral obligation not to intentionally mislead him into thinking he's the father.

Now, she could play dumb and claim that she never told him he was the father...just told him she was pregnant and only thought he was helping her out of the goodness of his heart...but...idk.

a friend of mine almost got caught up in some shit like this....messin with a chick then he went back to iraq and months later she tells him shes pregnant (she was like 5 months) said she didnt tell him cuz she was scared of how he might react ..told her he wanted a paternity test they went half on it turns out it wasnt his...was this other kids we knew that she stopped messin with right before messin with him...she wasnt tryin to rip him off or anything tho she honestly thought it was his and she even paid him back for the test..just shows how u need to be careful.....as for th op's friend if i were him i'd take that broad to court no doubt about it

There should be a pill that us men can take as a form birth control. Alotta women outchea be scheming on and lying to dudes that they tagged as "potential baby daddies".
