Im amazed a healthy, relatively young rich woman has that much drama. I'd be so happy with my life you'd be pressed to find me arguing or throwing bottles at anyone. Try working overnight at a job you hate while going to school so you can make a quarter of what they making and then come holla at me. But I know some is for ratings. Notice the "boring" non argumentative ones are usually cut from these shows after a couple seasons.
