I like that song. It peaked at #46 on Billboard's Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart and #23 on Billboard's Rap Songs chart. It didn't crack Billboard's Hot 100 though..

...They began filming the video in May. They should release the video asap, because this song is great for the summer.

Kendrick is talented and cool, I even liked OD and Kendrick Lamar EP, but I do think that he's highly overrated. Niggas be sayin "Kendrick murdered so so rapper" when his verses don't be all that special.

As for o/p, I disagree, but I'm beyond arguing about who's wack and who's nice. Cats got all kinds of arbitrary criteria for why they like what they like. Banging in the whip, getting the females moving, regional loyalty are some of the many things heads base their musical selection on. Me personally, I like lyrics, substance, and beats in that order, and Kendrick delivers in that regard.
