I can't speak for all women, but with most women including myself...no woman will stay in a relationship if the male isn't speaking on marriage.

All im going to say is, if yall been together less than 2 years and a chick is already talking about marriage its time for you to exit stage left.

Marry that chick when you want to, the strongest relationships i have seen are from people that were together 6+ years before jumping the broom. There should be no rush to get married, ever.

Although, females have this thing where they feel marriage brings another tier to the relationship and if they aren't at that tier they are less important. If you are dealing with a chick like this cut your losses early.
