He has the influence, credibility, reputation, the sales, the girls, the money, his label is just as powerful if not the most gifted group of artists ever assembled, and much more. Pound for Pound he's the best rapper right now. He's an embodiment of Hip-Hop and high society culture..... MBDTF was a fantastic album and I can honestly say there is NO album like it. Kanye got so big that Jay had to come in and ask him to do an album and that whole album Kanye carried him (IMO LOLOL). To add insult to injury, homey is an amazing producer too.

Let's tally up track records shall we ? (I'll keep the ghosts off cuz then it's not fair LOLOL)

Jay-Z -- 11 albums 2 classics (2 got 5 mics, so what's that ? 1 dope album every 10 years ? SMH)
50 Cent -- 5 albums (1 classic)
Kanye West -- 5 albums (3 classics)
Nas -- 9 albums (3 classics, 2 got 5 mics)
Eminem -- 7 albums (2 classics arguably)
Outkast -- 5 albums (4 classics but it's 2 niggas tho LOLOL)


Kanye is one man, with 5 albums and 3 of them are classics (Graduation was a classic too but I know niggas gonna get mad and say it has to be 5 mic album SMH). That means there's a 60%-80% chance Kanye scores another classic album. Keep in mind that he helped produced Blueprint another classic so in terms of production he's killin the game there too. With the exception of Outkast there's no not 1 rapper that is on Kanye's level. Who else can deliver like Kanye right now ? No one.
