    what makes niggaz bad?

    what makes AAs good?

    It's simple.
Where ever you see a place/area where niggas or "real niggas" live it's usually the most fucked areas but African Americans are usually upstanding citizens that take care of their shit and bother no one.

How many times have you been stopped? If it happens as much as you're putting on here IDK Wtf the problem is. There are millions of black people. You think they're stopping all of us every day? Furthermore, do you think blackness is the main factor every time a cop has "reasonable suspicion" (which is so subjective that it is basically nothing) to stop a black person?

They're not gonna get it right every time.

You seem to want take your small set of experiences and apply it across the board. If you're getting stopped by police often you're either one unlucky guy or you're arousing suspicion somehow. Every time an innocent black guy is questioned, he can use the go-to claim that he was stopped because he was black, or he can honestly evaluate his actions. Other black people find it easy to go along with your line of thinking instead of first trying to understand WHY you may have aroused suspicion.

Why? Because as your viewpoint suggests, there is no room for reasoning. You've already said fuck em all and your emotional reaction to everything they do stems from that. No progress can be made because you have decide to err on the side of total distrust.

You can come up with hundreds of examples of cops being irresponsible pieces of shit.

What you can't find are many accounts of them being upstanding professionals who handle things appropriately...because as someone said before...it's a thankless job. "its what they're supposed to do." People don't speak about experiences like this because people are so caught up in their P.O.V. that they can't see why they possibly may have done something to arouse "reasonable suspicion."

Who said it solves everything? When does one form of action solve any problem?

    Know your rights
    File complaints
    Educate your peers
Don't let emotions rule the day when dealing with cops
    Etc.

It's all part of the effort you can put forth.

    hypothetically speaking.
    i know my rights
    i put in a complaint
i educate all those around me on whats going on an "how to combat" this situation.

and then i get stopped the day after...
    what then?

i followed your rules (which i prety have much done) but nothing has changed. what now?

no beef just enjoying the convo

the next step is to organize

there are plenty of mofos who would be willing to back you up if it can proven that a cop has stepped over the line

shid, I'd donate money and time to fight some shit like that

but unfortunately the black community embraces a self-defeated attitude about topics like this

you get enough mofos to band together and bring a lawsuit against the local power structure, trust shit can change

cause if you don't believe, then you already lost before you even got started

but that also means we got to be smart about how we do shit that lets authorities feel justified in committing abuses................SMH @ being surprised for being harassed in a "zone" of drug dealing

I'm not on that senseless fuck the police bullshit, but I am critical of the police when they should be criticized. There are good cops who do their job and save lives and keep order. And then there are the bad cops who overshadow the good cops and give them a bad name. To me, it's a very serious offense if you're in a position of authority and you abuse your power. I cant stand that shit. And it goes against everything justice and order stands for.

my brother, you are obviously smart, you got your head in the right place.
so i guess i shouldnt even need to tell you that not every one thinks like you do. in fact probably 1% of the people we keep around us think like us.

i try to keep smart people around me (academically and otherwise), but even those guys are either too niggerish, too cowardish etc to join the cause.

so what im meant to do....just walk around the streets looking for people to fight with me?

look what happened last year.....londoners got together and "rioted" to "fight the power" and ended up just jacking shops...in their own community...dont get me wrong i love free shit, but i aint tryna be down for that cause.

and thats it there man, a lot of ethnic minorities already feel the victim, and feel comfortable playing the victim so shit will never happen.

bro ima hold you to the bolded though, one day ima throw up the BlakFyahKingsignal in the sky and you better hold me down lol

fuck da pork...niggas talking about knowing your rights...I scoff at those stupid ass remarks...just don't get caught. Dudes talking like we got a fair and balanced justice system here.

You suburban niggas with that know your rights shit...what you mean is "no sir massah sir, Isa a good black boy" horseshit. I have a right to tell that maphuka he can't search my car. But truth is, he will radio in about 4 more squad cars just for my black ass. Just don't get caught or pulled over, period. Most niggas living in that free and balanced society dream that isn't real. How the fuck you should know your rights when really you don't have any, especially with shit like Patriot Act floating around?
