1 as a cohesive product is better (I can listen to most of tha songs). 2 had about 6 or 7 CERTIFIED BANGERS.

I would take Tha Carter 2 his whole flow and delivery was revamped.That album helped to breathe new life into his career from not writing down lyrics and going off the top of his head.

Carter 1, C2 is when his regression started. He didn't care about what he said or how it sounded. He didn't do much on hooks for either album though, it all sounded like mixtape material.

I fucks with the Carter 1 it flowed nice together skits and all Plus throw in mannie fresh Classic! But the Carter 2 was a overall good album to few tracks i skipped over tho. Damn shame you fast foward 8 years and look what happened!

I agree.

C2 was Weezy's peak lyrically IMO. He went way down hill in C3.

Lyrically, Weezy ripped about every song on C2 and it's his closest album to a classic (for the people that think it isn't classic).

C1 was good, but C2 was damn near perfect IMO
