He lives in Cali.......apparently someone broke into his house @ 2AM.......so my brother was able to get his gun and corner the suspect....... just before he called 911....my bro tells me he shot the suspect in the knee, mind you the suspect was no longer a threat as he had his gun pointed @ him and my brothers wife also had her gun pointed @ the suspect.

My bro's wife was angry with him for basically shooting the suspect for "fun", but my bro tells me he shouldnt have been on his property....so he calls 911 and he lied that the suspect attacked him which is why he shot. Turns out the bullet shattered the suspects knee in 2 places according to the police who just called my bro. Lucky for him he wont be charged....

but fair or foul to shoot someone who comes into your home and you have them already cornered posting no threat?
