The hottest artists in the south to me are 3 stacks and Big Boi. But if we're excluding them then yea I'd say TIP is probably the hottest. Ross is the flavor of the month artist right now, and Wayne hasn't put out anything solid since The Carter 2.

All seriousness though, I'm a TI fan...but he's disappointed me with everything he put out right before No Mercy up until now...really only a handful of memorable verses and his Fuck Da City Up mixtape came and went w/o no real impact...I forgot he even released it til "Fuck Da City Up" w/ Jeezy came on my ipod 2-3 days ago randomly
