Miami & LAC have deeper rosters off the top of the head but my Knicks look good on paper this season. If Shump doesn't lose too much of that explosiveness after the injury, if Woodson preachs accountability on defense, if Amare returns to top form, if our bigs stay healthy, if J.R. keeps his press conferences short and if Melo gets his teammates involved we'll be aight.

Don't forget Boston... Btw what changed from last year when they snuck in the playoffs? Camby is an upgrade at backup center but Felton is a downgrade. If y'all are talking about this "great" knicks roster this must be based on the assumption the starting 5 is going to play up to their potential because they didn't even make that many additions to a team that wasn't good last year....

That's a terrible defensive starting lineup and besides Brooks that bench is straight garbage. As for the Knicks, I'm done hyping them up. They have everything you want in a contender. Veteran leadership, youth coming into their own, specialists to come off the bench, and a closer. But no more talking. It's about time they get shit done.
