Basically his cousin Bee High was friends with J Dilla and Dilla sent some beats for Jay-z to use but Jay never used them. Rosenberg asked him if he would ever used one of his beats (unreleased ones) for a song and he said no.

He also talked at Premo and the reason why Premo hasn't been on the last couple of projects is because Premo is notoriously late in submitting tracks.

Yeah, every time I hear a story about an album (Illmatic, RTD), Preemo is usually the last one to contribute. And damn, I wanna hear them beats so bad. Oh well, this'll have to do for now.
