You also have to think about prep time. Batman with enough prep time can, 9 times out of 10 handle pretty much anyone on the list.

Batman is my fave comic book character. But I have a tremendous problem with his no kill policy. He could have saved THOUSANDs of lives by offing the Joker a long ass time ago.
