I don't remember it takin' no 4 hours to download 2K13... maybe it's just your connection.

is there any major difference between the ps3 and the pc versions?

Well the PC version has mods so it's kinda better by default... if a player's face doesn't look right you can just download a new cyberface to replace the old one. Unfortunately some of the mods like jerseys and shoes replace the jerseys and shoes already in the game so just make sure you back up whatever's gettin' replaced. You can get mods from moddingway.com and nbasky.com. The main reason I bought the PC version was because it was only $28 tho.

I use a free program called MotioninJoy so I can play with my PS3 controller. I'm not sure if it works for 360 controllers but it lets you emulate a 360 controller so games that don't recognize a PS3 controller will think it's a 360 controller. The game kinda relies heavily on the analog sticks so I'd recommend any controller that has them.

i have a ps3 controller but no ps3 (long story)
i think im good if not i will look for the motioninjoy program
my download is now 95% done and i will see whats up
i have an old pc and hope i dont need more ram

said if they dont have it it can probably only be downloaded off the internet
trying to get it for my pc but am afraid to download cu i think i caught a virus lasttime

you can download most pc versions off torrents. I'm about to upgrade my comp (if money permits it someday) and just start going full pc minus the xclusives.
