i got a nasty virus on my pc can anyone help?

it wont let me download an antivirus amd say my security setting wont allow me to download anything

i have a windows loader
internet explorer which it keeps givin me the problems message
i have somethin called setup.exe
when i am finished downloadin it asks what to open the download in
is there another option?
is there a way to redownload internet explorer?

Switch to Chrome, Opera, Chronium, or even Firefox......there are better plugins to stop the Google redirect and such ....

Try doing a system restore. Restore your pc to a point in time before You got the virus.
