The Shockmaster was to be on the "good guys" team, to fight the reign of terror Sid Vicious and crew were on at the time. It was a terrible mistake.
Apparently, his debut was so bad, they changed his character to make him a clutch constant fuck up.
Then he just left.

You dont sign Tugboat to play such a role. He was not supposed to fuck up like that.
