    i got the same issue....no problem gettin my workouts in but i cant stop eating.....its funny b/c i get it the worst right after a workout....i want cheese eggs, pancakes, bacon, hash browns, etc smh....that healthy shit does get expensive and boring....im far from fat tho....my six pack just aint......"intact" lol

    It depends on what your goals are Dro. If you want to get lean and cut your going to have stay on a consistent diet. That diet has to be made up mostly of lean meats, fish, eggs, fruits, vegetables, and water. And complex carbs like sweet potatoes and brown rice.

    If you want to bulk up though your diet doesn't have to be that clean.

    Me personally, I don't stick to a strict diet. Sometimes I go a week with binging on whatever I want such as cake, bread, ice cream, etc. another week I might just eat salmon, chicken breast, and eggs.

    I am not a professional body builder so I don't take the diet part as serious as a lot of folks do. But I got good size on me and I'm still cut. I do a lot of cardio though, which helps my calorie deficit and fat loss. You should definately be doing 30-45 minutes of cardio at least 3x a week. Be consistent with it and you will start to see results with your definition and cuts.

    Well for 1 your suppose to eat 6 times a day regardless if you want to lose or gain weight it's about your portions and what you eat. Eating 6 times a day kicks your metabolism into gear yo. Think of your metabolism as a heart rate monitor it has to go up and down. And just like a heart monitor when its flat thats exactly what your metabolism is...Dro its madd difficult to do both at the same time. It can be done but it will take time. IMO it would be easier for you to lose than build up. Its a constant up and down yo.

    shit is hard as fuck. I dropped 20lbs last year by gettin off of energy drinks and cutting out pork, potato chips (my Achilles heel), most breads, and dropping my beef intake to next to nothing. I ate a lot of tuna, salmon, and chicken for meats and ate a lot of veggies (and falafel w/hummus). I dropped the weight, but then we moved... and I had to move us largely by myself which meant drinking energy drinks again to stay up for 22 hrs for three days straight. Once I got back on 'em, the weight started creeping back up. Then the diet went back to the way it used to be and within a few months my weight was more than when I started.

    The key is to convince yourself that you just don't need the bad foods. I used to stand in line at the grocery store lookin at the 16oz Red Bull and sour cream and cheddar Ruffles and my mouth would seriously start to water. I'd have to tell myself that I didn't need it, and push past it without buying it. Hard as fuck to do, but it was worth it. I'm back on that as of today.
    i'm not sure which entity leaves people more abused and lost; the Porn Industry or Bad Boy Records.

    Back in '06-'07, I worked out nearly every day at the gym but my weight kept going up. The problem was that I ate even worse then than now. I'd work out for an hour, then for lunch have two triple cheese burgers from BK or a 4x4 animal style w/double cheese from In and Out then load up on a big ass plate of whatever we had for dinner that night. Once I changed the way I ate, I dropped weight significantly.

    Pack your own food. Always.

    If you go out, you will get hungry. If you take fruit, veggies and other healthy stuff with you then you can munch on that.

    If you leave the crib without having healthy food with you then you will likely end up eating crap because that's what is most readily available at places like the mall, school cafeteria, Lunch truck etc.

    When I had more money to blow I was taking meal replacement shakes. They are a nice option to have and help you get all your macros without consuming too many calories.

    Like stated, eat small portions...I have to break my meals down (breakfast, lunch, snack & dinner) do this shit 1st, and then I tend to set a time on eating...don't eat my last meal after 8 or 8:30....drink water..or green tea...

    Breakfast - stay away from fat shit...if I eat bacon..I'll get the turkey kind...stay away from scramble eggs..eat boil eggs...fuck wit oatmeal for that fiber..if I do toast..I'll toast some wheat bread...or do some yogurt or something..

    Seafood..my homegurl threw me on blackened fish...shits goat when done right...staying away from SWEET TEA and red Kool Aid...shits hard..but water I guess is good and green tea...do alot of baked fish..alot of baked things in generally....hold the cheese on things..fuck with turkey burgers..keep alot of green and yellow (veggies) on my plate if I go out to eat..instead of always getting fries and hush puppies....it's all cutting back on eating fat shit..Hooters Wings and shit like that aint good..like stated...stop eating to get full...

    Fruits are good too...from a fruit stand..

    Lol agreed. I got high new years eve and gave in to my old ways. Ordered a hawaiian pizza and ate it with some buddies. After eating a certain way for a little over a month that pizza fucked me all up lol. Felt like shit after i was done eating. but i couldnt fucking stop.

    Never been a fan of bench pressin, but I started a couple of months ago. That's how much I'm up to now. Takin my time to hit that 200 mark.
