    smoothies will change your life. replace that biscuit you get from mcdonalds every morning and invest in a blender. i usually have a protein smoothie for a meal at least once a day, whether it be breakfast, lunch or dinner.

    watch your meal portions and make them smaller. increase the amount of times you eat a day. work out daily.

    you and the old lady gotta do it together. Also me and my wife and several other couples we chilled with all did it together. So even if i went to lunch with a co-worker (army) one of us was the voice of reason.

    Now holiday time when i go home and be at mama house I get busy.

    You can substitute this for the pork bacon if they got it in your grocery store.

    6g protein, 1.5g fat. Only 50cals a slice. Mostly protein.
    In contrast to other turkey bacon and pork bacon, which have much more fat and way less protein.

    I eat this damn near everyday on sandwiches, in salads, on omelets, etc.

    Leave the hash browns alone.. Trade that in for some whole wheat bread.. for your breakfast.. Fruits.. Are good.. But remember they contains lots of sugar.. moderate how much you intake..

    Leave the fry shit alone.. Once you cut that out your system.. Your body is going to act differently..

    pistachios are a good source of protein.. You should try unsalted...Unsalted pistachios have a high potassium low sodium content which helps to normalize blood pressure, maintain your water balance in the body and strengthen muscles... Pistachio nuts are also have a good source of vitamin e which boosts the immune system and alleviates fatigue... They contain lesser amounts of magnesium, phosphorous, iron and zinc...

    Just started cutting shit out of my diet.

    Breakfast - either a piece of fruit or 2/3 cup of granola cereal

    Lunch - salad with either chicken breast or lean steak

    Dinner - whatever we're having that I can fit on a saucer instead of a regular plate.

    Water and black tea all day to drink.

    Haven't had a can of Rockstar or Red Bull since sunday and I'm fiendin' for one right now, but I gotta stay on course.

    tell me about it. We get free pop here at the office. Only thing keeping me from over indulging is the fact that it's all Pepsi products.

    I dropped down to 190 back in '2003. I was cool until I got this job about 6 months later that had free Coke products on tap. My weight shot up to 220 in under 2 months.

    5. Lay on your back. Lift your legs at least 3 inches from the ground. Whenever you feel a little struggle, hold for 30 sec (x2)

    6. Go to your couch. Lay on your back (on the floor) directly in the middle of the couch. Stretch out your arms (Jesus Crucifix). Bring your knees up to a 90 degree angle. Now keep your knees in a 90 degree angle, going right to left, without letting your legs (side of each thigh) touch the ground. Flex your stomach to lift your legs. Do this 15x on each side

    7. Squats. Whether you keep your hands, behind, forward, upward, or to the side of you, keep them in that position. Keep your back straight and squat until your knees and thighs are at a 90 degree angle then stand up. As soon as you stand, use only your calf muscles and toes and jump. Do Not Use Your Knees. (x30)
