What resolutions do you have to make yourself a better poster in 2013?

I'm going to say less gay shit and get more people to sign up to the board by scowering the web for the internet's best posters.

Also, the Tinychat interviews will be popping off and I'm trying to think of more themed Tinychat shit...maybe get some of the Reason heads to do live rap battles?
