45 year old Kimball Clark, was arrested for illegally selling heroin last Friday. Lucky for Clark, he was able to make a phone call and post bail using his taxpayer-funded EBT card.

Yep, this multiple conviction citizen bought his way out of jail using state taxpayer money. Only in Massachusetts can crooks get out of jail using the taxpayer credit card. SMDH!

this is a fucking a lie, and I don't get stamps, but I know all about it from back in the day you can buy cigs and hot food with stamps, the local corner stores cash them in, and you don't have to get stamps to know this everyone in the neighborhood knows what stores do this... Just because I know this information do not mean I get stamps, and just because I don't get stamps do not mean I look down on ppl that do....
