reboot your computer into safemode with networking options to do it if your cant do it under normal settings.

I actually work for the Dept. of Justice so I can verify that's real and not malware.

I can talk to my supervisor in the morning about giving you an override exemption, but that means he'll have to pay the independently contracted tech guy $150 in overtime and he won't have that.

I had some similar fuck shit happen to me last year. System restore solved the problem temporarily. But the virus came back worse. Shit literally fucked everything up on my laptop.

I had the same thing happened to me. Turn your computer on hit the f3 button a couple of times or unplug your computer right when it starts to boot up. You will see a bunch of characters scrolling down on the screen real fast. Wait until it stops and click on safe mode with networking. When the computer reboots. Go online @ microsoft help desk ( this is all assuming you have a microsoft Operating system ). Type in getting rid of virues malware/moneypak/fbi virues extortion. And then follow the steps. After this you will still need to get Windows Defenders software to get rid of the viruse completely. To do this you need to ask a friend with a computer to download Windows Defenders (sp?) software on a seperate computer. Once it's downloaded make a copy of the software and then insert it in your computer that has the virus in it.
