Lol Ive seen this this is probably over a year old.

I agree any person that has that many kids and can't take care of them should face being neutered.

Heck I think after 2-3 kids the government should stop providing assistance period.

Asses won't be quick to make babies knowing there will be no assistance there to help them take care of them.
