We hired Doug Marrone who the fuck is Doug Marrone. We could've had Lovie Smith or Wisenhunt or Chip Kelly, but we go out and get a coach that went 25-25 in the Big east and he's gon turn around the bills?

Then this muthafucka goes and hires his oc from Syracuse and now he wants to draft Syracuse's qb , like I said .500 in the Big east wtf are these bums pose to do in the NFL.

And today I'm hearing we might be switching to the 3-4. This shit might be the most ridiculous part, a team who's defensive strength is the d line and the weakest part of the entire dam team is the linebackers. We got 5 pretty good linemen two who have made pro bowls and we take one off the field and put another one of our bum ass LBs in there.

Bottom line is we're fucked for atleast the next 3 years.

Dude was .500 in 4 years that's not a turn around, thats better but not great, especially since it was in the Big East, I'd respect it more if it wad the SEC or Big 12.

Marrone is a good coach bruh I promise. You think .500 in the Big East is some bs cus word that doesnt sound great compared to the Chip Kellys of the world that get all the top recruits. Cuse dont get any of that, they were HORRIFIC and he made them respectable...They were pretty creative offensively and hes bringing his OC from Cuse.

Now if its true they gonna go and switch to a 3-4 defense when their key defensive acquisition struggles with that, then thats fuckin stupid.

In all honesty no big name coach is coming too the Bills what do you expect before they hired Gailey they was trying too get everybody Cowher ,shanahan, gruden etc...and was told fuck off so this shouldn't really be a surprise.

Now I understand about the 3-4 shit but it isn't like the 4-3 was working out for them too well.
