Ehhhh, I don't know about the seizure. I mean that wasn't obvious at least in the video, and most of the cops seemed to act reasonably. The one that kicked the dude in the face and then just walked around doing a lot of nothing should be thrown in prison with worst criminals having all of them know he's a cop.
