Whats Your Thoughts On Abortion?

It's no secret that we live in a society that is very hypocritical, narrow minded, and old fashonied. Those are the 3 best ways to describe this country. I like to compare it to Major League Baseball in the way out tries to keep with old out dated traditions and 100 year old back wood ideas. Anyways, I've always had the belief that abortion should not affect anyone but that particular family in it should be their decision alone. The separation of church and state doesn't seem to matter when those in power are looking for powerful cosigners. What is your opinion?

I like to use the term reproductive justice because it applies more to women of color and the issue of contraception/birth control.

Well, Black women have the highest rates of unintended pregnancy because we have the least access to affordable birth control. Also, there is a lack of sexual and preventative education for working/struggling Black folks. The presence of single mothers shouldn't mean that they should have more abortions, tho--it just means that there should be more social support and benefits to help single mothers take care of their kids.

i don't like the idea of abortion, but i also don't like people having kids they know they can't support. it's a fucked up position to be in but somebody knows what they can handle better than i would.

these republicans don't believe in abortion, but then they don't believe women should use birth control nor should funding be available to buy them, then if a woman has a child they are trying to cut programs that can help these women take care of these children i mean gotdamn.

as for abortions i believe the woman and man needs to sit down and have a discussion and go over every option that includes abortion.

That's a tough call. He did help getting that life started and it's partly his ya know? But I think if males got to have a say to keep it then he would also get a say when he wants the fetus to be aborted and ultimately its her body.

In my opinion sometimes the most responsible move you can make is having an abortion. I'm not a proponent of abortion but it should be an option for anyone who wants to have one for any reason they want to have one for. Its their family, body & life...its not to society's benefit or detriment for you choose to not give birth.
