i used to be on Gerry Cooney status for about a year. didn't do anything active. and i've never been able to control my eating, no charliedanger. I figured i would try to exercise more to lose weight b/c i'm not changing my diet. so now i just run alot. 7-10 miles a day. still eat what i want and lost like 50 lbs. don't use any supplements are rarely lift weights... my insides are probably destroyed tho

I have a daily workout routine but I posted this in the Whatchu doing thread. @Taeboo, @gns and I are starting this tomorrow......I am at least lol.
-Glass of ice water with the juice of a lemon squeezed in as soon as I wake up.
-Breakfast smoothie with baby spinach or kale, fruits, dates and a little bit of nuts in the morning after working out and one for lunch with a big salad.
-Eat a grapefruit to curb hunger.
-Do not eat out of boredom, only when you are hungry.
-Drinks lots of water. At times we mistake thirst for hunger.
-Eat smaller meals 5 times a day opposed to 3 bigger meals.
-Chef Ahki has her Essence of Vitality detox which is said to be awesome.
-Coconut water is a natural source of energy. Drink alone or mix into a smoothie.

But to respond to the topic, I'm already in the gym. So I'm continuing that. I need to start focusing more on my abs and legs. Also continue building up my chest. Oh yeah, gotta hit the treadmill...ehh. I'll do that after my workouts.

Well for starters, its not about dieting it is about a lifestyle change. Why don't you join the 10 days workout plan too? It'll get you started and its definitely great for legs as well. I will post this detox later on which is always a good way to change your diet around and cleanse your system i begin a new way of eating. Eventually your body will want wealthier foods and you will have trained yourself to eat smaller portion of better quality foods.
Lots of leafy green and bright veggies are important. Consumptions of fruits is also something that has to be monitored to a point. They are high in natural sugars especially fruits like bananas, grapes and pineapple. One should cut down on those and eat a lot of foods which are high in water content.
What 10 day workout plan? Do tell ma'am.
My problem, my MAIN problem that is, me eating late at night after work. So what are some meals I can during that time that aren't heavy?
High protein and veggies is your best bet late night. If you eat chicken, a piece of the white meat which is less in fat or turkey which is even more lean, baked or grilled with fresh raw or lightly steamed veggies won't be too heavy of a meal for such hours. Try not to eat right before bed, your metabolism already starts to slow down when youre winding down, give yourself a couple hours between eating and bedtime. Drink a cold glass of water 20 minutes before and after your meal. Start with that and try planning your snacks ahead of time.

If I go to Fridays, I'll get the baby back ribs...anywhere else it's grilled chicken and Caesar salad....I mostly eat it with beer though.
Never go full bitch-made parappa.
