i only have like 20-30 minutes a day to lift. so i'll do a few sets of chest excersises one day, then next day do some shoulder stuff, the next day do arms, and then the next day do back/abs....can you drop some knowledge on if this a bad plan. should i do anything differently as far as lifting?
IMO 1 body part a day is the way to go. What look are you going for No Homo? 20 30 minutes isnt very much are you drop setting?

i do mostly free weights and work with the machine with the cables, you can set it an forget it (no ron popiel) whatever this thing is lets you adjust the cables and the weight to do whatever workout . curls, butterfly, rows, etc... so i just usually chill over there.

eating wise i try to eat more green and raw foods
try to consume less dairy and drink more almond, soy, rice milk
but yea shits kinda boring tbh
It's not boring when you feel and see the results. More energy, less weighing you down, desired body achieved and maintained, feel good internally, shows externally, its all well worth it.

That little time is just crazy to me. But at least your doing it. If your not fat per say I'd say diet alone with light free weights (fuck them cables yo) and minimal 30 second 1 minute rest in between sets. The little rest will intensify your workout.

1hr of Cardio with the incline on 6.0 or higher with a speed no less than 3.4mph
also do 3-4 ab routines
Reverse Crunches (3sets of 20)
Medicine Ball twist (3 sets of 40)
Bar Twist (3 sets of 60)
Drink at least 4-8 cups of water a day.
and I suggest you take these
they really work if you take them right
take one 30mins before breakfast and another one 30min before dinner just make sure you take em on an empty stomach.
Meal wise I didn't change a thing just eat less than you usually do. Also try cutting soda out but a diet a soda a day wont hurt,but me personally I drink vitamin water and Arizonas (they have alot of sugar but fuck it)
and drink fat free milk instead of whole.
Also If you eat junk food like McDonalds and what not order fires with no salt and ask for light sauce on the burger.
