According to the officials in washington the crowd noise was the reason why she pre-recorded the track along with the orchestra. Whitney Houston did the same thing also in the Super Bowl because the noise of the crowd would have been too loud for the singer to hear herself.

The truth is Beyonce couldnt pulled it off and in terms of a soul sanger, soul vocalist, sanging from the guts, blowing type of shit, Bey is 3rd tier, 2nd at best.

Only the special one's of SOUL SANGAS could of pulled that off with no recorded shit, Queen of Soul Ri-Ri, Mahalia Jackson, Janis Joplin, Gladys Knight, Bessie Smith, to name a few would of pulled it off...

@waterproof this would be ether, if in that same article Aretha Franklin hadn't admitted to doing the same thing before while performing the national anthem in 2004 singing inside at the NBA finals where it really wasn't needed.
