Help: Best iTunes Alternative Program For Putting Files Onto iPod

Moms, against my advice for an alternative brand, wanted an iPod (she got a nano 6th gen online somewhere,) and now she needs me to put her (already downloaded) mp3 files onto it.

Now I have zero intention of installing & dealing with iTunes AT ALL, but I need to transfer the mp3 files already on her PC to the iPod. The only thing I found using Google that was completely iTunes free has been "iMacsoft iPod to PC Transfer" and it takes way too long to use.

Can anyone suggest a decent and completely iTunes-free program to transfer files from PC to iPod?

It would probably be easiest through iTunes. It's not complicated, you can upload all your music on your CPU to the library & sync it.

Shit is too memory intensive. If you're on a Mac then I'd suggest Clementine or SongBird. On Windows try Banshee or Sharepod
